I had a delightful stay at this hotel with its prime location near many shopping malls in the heart of Bangkok. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, although the towels were slightly damp. The service was top-notch from the ground floor up, except for the need for improvement in hospitality quality. The dining options were abundant, and the facilities were impressive overall.
